hi when i lv up str up my phy defence never increase help me please is it normal???

The increase in STR def when you increase your STR points comes from your equipments physical reinforce, if you don't have enough reinforce for your defence to be increased by 1 by 2or3 STR points, then it wont be increased.

Look here for an explanation, its for weapons, but its the same concept.
