Cant access the forums from home @_@

Hiyo. Sorry if this bothers you but I need some information on the banning of accounts in SRF. You mentioned in a thread that you will effectively ban an IP if a user spawns more accnts to bring disturbance. This is a problem for me as I could not access the forums from home. Is there any way for you to kinda like focus the IP ban to only that person specifically and not the whole users who are catered to that ISP? If so thank you very much. This would make my life so much easier ~_~
