vital spot muscle

What exactly does it do? Is there any point in lvling this skill? And if it is effective, is it only in pvp or against mobs and what skill class does it benifit the most. I'm sword, so does that play in to whether i should lvl this skill?

At this point in time vital muscle spot is pointless, so are most of the lightning buffs. I do not believe that parry is yet implemented into the game, but it will come soon enough. But, until that tim comes do not get it.

parry is already in the game. parry is the def ratio so when vital spot is used it lowers there parry and thus doing more damg. when u look at a weapon that says something like 100-170damg when the parry is lowered u will do more to the 170damg. that is why most of the koreans take lightning over fire because although fire bunrs them and they lose hp lightning take off more of there def and they do more damg

It's useless, really... However, it doesn't put you in offender, so it's fun to use
