Where are all the elixers?

Recently ive started purchasing weapon elixers for my 16 sos bow to get it to +4. While doing so i wondered how the people stalling them got them first. I searched the forums but none of the guides or topics i read mentioned were you actually obtain these elixers. So I was hoping that someone here could point me in the right direction, or tell me what monster drops elixers or what drops elixers.

elixirs are dropped by monsters or bought from stalls. there is no other way
for isro. i did hear that for i believe it was csro (sro for china only) people
are able to buy elixir packs with cash.

but for you, international sro, monster drops.
