Yes, it is. Notice that it says .net-member at the top, instead of just, .net. Luv34Bo1 got scammed a few days ago because of it.
Some PayPal phishinig website is also sending out e-mails. I got one, in fact, but when I clicked on the link, FireFox told me that it was a phishing website or something.

TBH, I actually just switched to FF a few days ago. Amazed at all the new features. Especially like the Greasemonkey script or whatever it's called, that SMS designed for the SRF site. Much easier to browse it now. That was actually the reason why I even DL'd FF in the first place. Now I use it mainly instead of IE. It's free, so why not DL it and try it?
