I lost the topic, for the character builder please post here

If anybody could give me the link to a topic which has the best or the easiest charcter builder, I looked for it in many topics but could not find it and i didnt have the chance of actually putting it into my favorites, so please, mods, players, can you put any of the charcter builders in here please.

Topics that have a "STICKY" in front of them that are located right at the top of the sub-sections are your friend.

Like at the top of this section for example...
