See this is exactly the meat of the problem with power leveling. And the worse thing is, on my own character I have power leveled others so I'm guilty as well. But it's quite obvious he's a noob who doesn't know a darn thing about Europe and got power leveled all the way to where he is at now.
I've noticed that power leveling may become a huge problem, I seriously think that SRO will have to work on -real- penalties for people even 10 levels higher than yours so to put an end to power leveling.
I didn't even had to read three sentences before guessing he was power trained, no one who plays a rogue from level 1 to 43 would ask such noobie questions.

i love seeing them powerlevel their way to lv 60 or w/e and then go to hotan and see them begging for gold, i just laugh at them and tell the chinese to nevermind the idiot begging

No because the Euro chars compensate the pot delay with Attack power, a Wizard can 1-2 hit a chinese blader, but can die very easy from them. So, with euros, PvP is pretty much "the one who attacks first, wins".
