im using fraps and got crap fps. ny1 how i can enhance it?

fraps works a treat. what does every1 else use?
any one of those game camera things are going to lower the fps by a lot but most people use fraps or gamecam
or do you mean it ran smoothly while recording but when you are watching the video the video fps is low if it is that the video fps is low try changing the file type first using virtualdub,windows movie maker, sony vegas, etc...

i have windows movie maker btw
just put it in windows movie maker go to file save movie file then click next until its done saving and it will be wmv which works good for youtube considering no matter what file type you use its going to kill the video quality
