Necessary Pacheon Skills

Post by Lust4MiKo »

lil question for you guys..
by the time my GT runs out i'll have around 80k sp
that's not enough for me to get every skills for pacheon fire and light..
so what skills are a must for pure str bowman?

i'm thinking that these skills are a must:

[PACHEON]
-anti devil bow
-bow chain
-passive

[FIRE]
-imblue
-flame body

[LIGHT]
-piercing force
-ghost walk
-phanton walk
-passive

so.. something like this =D

Are you planning for the 90 Cap? If so, then I would take Strongbow into consideration. That move will have Stun, come the 3rd book, will it not?
This is what I think is necessary:

Pacheon:
Anti-Devil - A GIVEN.
Arrow Combo? Maybe. Perhaps for the KD. Keep in mind that those won't be for the first 3 Books though, only the 4th Book.
Hawk Series (Some people get Pacheon especially for this buff)
Break Heaven - The increased range is definitely worth the SP.
Explosion Arrow - Nice AoE. The 3rd book is HELLA STRONG.
Passive

Fire:
Imbue
Fire Shield Series - if you want to be immune to Cold later on, you HAVE to have this Buff.
Flame-body Wisdom
Passive - you forgot to mention that, but that's every bit as important as the Flame-body Buff.

Lightning:
Must-Piercing Force? (Max that out, for sure, when you get the SP. Not a priority, though)
Wind Walk Series - especially Ghost-Walk Phantom, if you want to excel in any form of PvP, whether that includes Solo, Guild Wars, or Jobbing.

My opinion about the Lightning Buffs are that they aren't THAT necessary. When you have the SP, max it out for sure, but if you don't, then I think the SP could be better spent elsewhere.
What Level are you, BTW? Keep in mind that you'll also be receiving SP from a normal grind as well. :)

Just my opinions. Hopefully, some other people will come and state theirs.

I think you're okay. Farming 80K at L16 at the Stronghold is definitely a good deal, no matter from which angle you look at it.
Don't be afraid to let your Fire and your Lightning lag behind a little.
Pacheon > Fire > Lightning.

Just try to keep your Pacheon up to speed. Fire comes next, and by all means, try to keep that at the same as your Level as well. Lightning isn't necessary to keep at the same Level - if it lags behind a few Levels, it's okay in my books.

I suggest you farm a little at L52 at Penons, however. Maybe another 20-30K or so, if you can stand it. Bowmen really don't require that much SP, actually. A hella lot less than Bladers, anyways.
