I do know.
U can find them under C:\Program Files\Silkroad

He is talking about windows explorer.
"Open Windows Explorer (just open up ur silkroad folder) > Tools > Options (some OS have it as Folder options) > View tab > uncheck HIDE File extensions for known file types".
