i have a ion and i love it
hm as for the kit...what size is the barrel..does it affect its fps aim ect(didnt look up details) an also it depends on what you want to play...do u like to be up front or do u like to stay in the back? but it looks nice :love:

hmm, probably going into a sniper ambush position, with some supressing fire

oh...and and my main focus will be on stealth, stalking and being unseen & unheard

well if you want to be a sniper the long barrel will be good...but in stealth it might become a pain :banghead:

if i were you buy your ion and just play around with it...then go for the upgrades

Like tricking out a neon. I dont see the point. At the end of the day, you still have a shitty neon.
I hated them from when they came out, but it is a decent gun for the money. I've fallen out of the paintball "pro sceen" so I dont know that much about them anymore.

I was thinking of buying a paintball gun too, so I was looking on the internet for one in in a Dutch online paintball shop and then I saw that the A-5 you want is forbidden here. I am not sure if you already found out about this, but here is the page for your information:

I love playing, definately my favorite sport to play. Just hurts. But yeah, 3 worst place to be shot = The Children (Guess), The Neck, And the FingerNail. I have been hit in each, the neck shot was from 10 feet away...had a hickey like mark on my neck for a long time -.-.

I have a Spyder EMG, sadly I dont think I can play anymore because of my arm injuries i have now. Muscle arm tearing in the forearms. Last time I went I couldnt do my usual day of playing because I couldnt hold the gun anymore for so long :cry:

lol. A forum about Silkroad inst going to change my opioion of it either.
A-5 is decent for jungle ball, but unless you get the e-grip and play one of the rear people, it is pretty bad for speedball. Still a great gun though.

Impy vrs ion stock, impy is better. Impy has/had more parts for it. Ion is basically a degraded impy.
And its plastic.

an ion is a great gun not the best yet its a decent gun for beginners and intermediates etc....yes its plastic but so what its still a good gun..besides its a good gun for a good price....
