Hi i need help playing csro. i left my pc on last night to download the client from srocn.com (official csro site) and it was successful. when i try to run it i get something that looks like the launcher from isro but it is blank. there are 2 boxes on which is the blog and the other is like

???? ping ??
??? 200 ??
??? 224 ??

and its supposed to download the updates but its not. its just blank with the ping changing. so i follow a guide to hex edit it and i edit the media.pk2 and change the chinese to english but its still the same. i think i messed it up so i deleted the media.pk2 and replaced it with a copy of the original. i looked at TwelveEleven's guide it says i have to download her media.pk2 and overight mine but it also says you have to wait till it updates or you will be instantly disconnected. i waiting and the launcher is not updating.

can someone experienced guide me through the hex edit or point out the problems? i will provide screenshots if neccesary. thank you very much. i promise i will answer as many questions and help others who want to know about euro and later versions.

really? i thoght csro would be less laggy.
i will wait a few hours to see if it starts updating. if i do get in, i have a few questions. whats the difference between division 1 and 2? does 2 have more USA players? which one is less laggy? i would join the middle least crowded server because i am tired of venice.

so i guess i should just wait to see if it updates? or can i manually download them?

I'd wait for it to update. I'd say both is about same lag and most people play on div 2

Criticalss, you gotta click in front of where the ??? ping ??? is, select the 2nd one. Then it should update. if you get stuck at 95% go here

I don't happen to have a screenshot, but if you pk2 edited the game to english language you should only see one server...

IMO: There are too many ppl getting on, checking the euro update, and than they leave when it comes to iSRO. Most of them pick the nice names, leaving us with sucky names with numbers =(*) XD

I will see how long it takes for the server to be populated.

1 thing: I will stick with cSRO, because I gave up hope in iSRO, if all the servers will not be fully crowded 24/7, I am not coming back!

And if JM appologises!
Or maybe I'll check out 2moons, which comes out next month, like the euro update

yes it is a real server its just thatit is the least croded people go into the party systm and join a european party 90% of the european ones on THAT server i srforumers well at usa day time

Does anyone play on Div 1? I think I'm gonna go play there because I ping pretty low there. Div 2 is like 450-500 and the lag is insane. It would make no sense for me to keep playin there. :/

So I'll be on div 1 if anyone wants to join.
