what is the highest magical and physical balance u can have?

Physical: 97
Magical: 96

With gears, you can go up to 116% in both, I think.

thats weird i have 118 magic balance at lvl 18

You can reach 700%+ if you delevel from 90 and have full blues.

well i am not that high yet but i am a nuker so my mag balance is 95 so far

At lvl 80 the highest i have seen is 115% mag balance for pure int, and 110% phys balance for pure str.
