Is it really worth farming?

I was wondering.. Is it really worth farming? im level 14 now, with a 8 level gap and i was wondering if this was nessasery.. Is it worth having an 8 level gap in the long run or just like keep a 3 level gap?

(im a pure int nuker btw, if thats relivent)

depends.

if you farm a long time, then 0 gap, you will be better than most
of the players and mobs your level

if you do a constant 4 gap, you will be weaker than most of the players
and mobs your level

trust me, its so much better to farm at level 16.

I mean, its boring, but it will do you so much good dude. Get a decent SOX weapon (preferably bow) and pwn them bandit archers.

I got to level 52 (which is supposed to be good for farming) and its actually slower than farming at 16.

The only advantage to farming later is you can go and do thieving or trading or PVPing to have fun, but PVPing with a 9 gap, SUCKS!!.

So all the advice i can give is farm, NOW.

I suggest farm 200K, if you can. Its very worth it in the long run.

If u decide to go crazy after 200K SP, give me yr account

Yes farming at 52 goes slower, that is a well known fact. But indeed just the idear of being able to pvp atleast decently is worth it. I *farmed* 40k at 52 and was still able to pvp decently with a 9 gap.

You just have to get yourself a decent set and a decent weapon, wich I may point out, you also have to do when youre farming at level 16. A level 52 farming set is more expensive, but also more worth it. If you get an sos drop at 52 you can atleast sell it for more then 500k >.<

indeed. An sos weapon at level 52 will go for 30M-40M, whereas an sos weapon at lvl 16 will go from 1M-2M (unless its a bow, which will go higher).

I think it's better to farm 50k now and the rest later, cause it will make it less boring. And you'll be like lvl 40-50 or so before you need to farm more.

With the right mix of gear and skill, it's possible to come close to the level 16 farming speed at 52.
The following is a motto for me:
level 72 + INT + Garment + nachals = FUN

Hi!

I'm farming with 9 gap from the beginning but I do the quests. I'm lvl20 now with 'bout 8,5k SP and I want to do a char like this:

Fire 90 (Imbue, defence stuff and nuke)
Ligthning 90 (all expect imbue)
Ice 60 (defence stuff, nuke (maybe frost nova) and passive)
Heuksal 60 (ghost spear series, soul spear series and passive)

What you think? How much should I farm? What would you do in a different way?

No, I learned. I screwed up a glaive and though, oh I have to farm. Farmed 300k! and then built it, but then all my friends moved, and now am leveling w/o gap and have the same battle skills as fully farmed people my level with less work.

Im farmin wit my iSRO character at 52 .. woot was quite lucky to get an SOS (Bow) and SOM (Blade) ..... u gotta b quite lucky to get hold of one....

But now im tried of farming so tryin to play on cSRO to know abt the euro version

1k is easy. So just work on getting 1k at a time. Don't try just going for the 20k at once. It is easier to look forward to getting 1k than 20k. So you will be satisfied when you get 20k. instead of bored out of your mind.

weard as it sounds i'm not bored at all

proberly could do it for 2-3 months more.
just put some music on and you're fine, and talk alot with union and guild mates.

How much should i set my level to? To see how much i need to farm for that level...

i just found out that i farm around 3 SP/Min which i around 180SP/Hr

Is this normal? i have a 7 level gap..
