Licum is an Internet worm that distributes itself to computers running Windows operating system with unpatched security flaws. The parasite infects executable files. Its activity severely decreases overall system performance and Internet connection speed. Licum has the ability to download and install additional malicious files. Consider updating your system immediately in order to prevent the infection.

By the way, what anti-virus/spyware are you using?

Yes but in order to get that worm, he would of went somewhere else to get that. It triggers all you programs and effects your main programs. You cannot get a virus from Silk Road Online, or JoyMax would be screwed out of their minds.

Yup.

But since it feeds on other executables, it's possible that he got it from something that isn't even Silkroad related.

Heh, I think Norton is a lot better than McAfee, because of its functions and doesn't slow down the computer usage. McAfee slows down everything, gives annoying little alarms (ie. Restart of computer is needed to fix unknown problems) and things like Try this great new summer offer! $19.95, ect. I'm thinking of switching to Norton, because I've heard it's ran by a lot better people than McAfee.

norton antivir (the home edition) sucks just as much as mcafee due to all the extra crap they put in there.

if anything norton related, get symantec antivirus. although a bit pricey (well i got it for free, cuz my college gives free copies), its alot faster and stable. plus, you get unlimited updates.

even if it did have a virus (which it doesn't) they would have some reason for it,

they already have your account info so they wouldn't need a keylogger to find that

and they have never stolen anyones creditcard numbers so obviously they aren't doing that either
