really? I would have thought pure bards ( in the beginning ) would have been in shorter supply than clerics...thats why I chose bard.
imo, any pure buffer is fun. idk i have been a damage dealer and a tank
in china chars, but its really satisfying to buff and heal people. its a complete
different way of playing and a different goal you set; to keep your friends
alive instead of just grinding mobs
Mages dies we haveto wait for them to come back am i right or not?
More like bard dies the cleric is screwed. Cleric runs out of mp since there is no bard to restore it cleric dies warrior dies Wizards die
In that order.
ty so basically when that happens make a run for it? lol
Yup, but alot of euro mobs are either fast or do ranged damage. >_<
damned >.> i need 3 more people for my pt >.> and i have a full working grind group i have no bards no clerics any recomendations? 2 bards 1 cleric or i bard 2 clerics?

well imo, i think bard's are nearly as much needed as clerics(every class is needed but some a lil more than others). And like its nice to have a cleric in a party yeah....but theres sometimes where you have to wait a little so you can get your mp bar full..and with a bard around supporting ppl with buffs and mp its rlly nice If you're one of those guys that likes to be original, id go like...bard/cleric or cleric/bard, you cant feel more helpful than you would if you make that build
The warlock (at least as far as I played one) wasnt a debuffer in Euro, it had mostly DOTs.
At high levels, you NEED a bard and cleric combination. DarkJackal was my bard in KSRO. (He had this pretty jump and twirl move, ask him about it, he loves it when I bring it up) The bard can restore MP, which you use a LOT of as a cleric in a busy party. You cant pot enough to refill it. Bards can sleep or make make enemies fight each other. Clerics dont really have any offensive magic except what I call "emergency" magic. They have a nuke with 900% dmg, but it takes most of your HP to use it. (Yes, HP, not MP)

1 bard 2 cleric. Thats how it worked in my party in ksro. We were always successful too.

yeah, now everyone's making me feel like i seriously need to make a char with cleric/bard as first mastery lol
xD
I didnt mix masteries. I was pure cleric and at 40 or so I started to run out of SP. SP farming in Euro is very difficult. You cant just go solo in the den like China. Double masteries are going to be very hard to maintain.

My bad then, I only read the description, and it said something about curses and the likes .
Does anyone happen to know if that emergency nuke is on a cooldown and if it works on players? Because if no long cooldown and it works on players, 1 v 1 pvp could get a twist.

Another reason Im so surprised to see people who are going to make euro characters still leaning towards dmg dealing/taking -- in a system that will be purely party based, those people are gonna have a MUCH harder time getting grouped.
no i didn't read the whole thread before posting this but w/e here it comes:
lol you are being very very ignorant. a party needs damage dealers and tankers (doh!) cause else they couldn't survive or kill mobs either!
the perfect party consists of a healer, a buffer, a tanker and a damage dealer, as you can see almost everyone is taking the rouge class because they wanna do lots of dmg but thats 'aight.
imagine a 8 ppl party with a cleric, a bard, a warrior s/s and 5 rogues/mages, they'd own the shit out of mobs.

i alredy tryed to make him understand that but..meh nvm lol
do you realize your argument is not applicable here? (atleast after clarification, I can understand how my initial post is confusing.)
And your viewpoint is different from that gentlemans, he suggested party diversity, you said people could just secondary class. So you have never tried to "make me understand" what he wrote.
On that note, from somebody who seems to be the most knowledgable person on euro Ive seen here yet (Nightbloom) taking two classes is a hinderance overall. A devoted class will have the upper hand.
BigBear08 wrote:What is the most fun/ strongest mix and coolest? I just want a build what is easy to maintain and is good in pvp / job war?? please help!
Right Wizard or Warrior or Rouge o Bard or Cleric lol xD

No, and not once have I claimed to have knowledge pertaining directly to it - only MMO's in general and peoples natural attraction to the classes I initially posted. Now if you have a specific rebuttal to what I said prior, go for it, otherwise I suggest you quit grasping for straws or stay on topic
You dont need all the classes in a party but they DO help. Wizard, fighter, cleric, bard and rogue worked very well for us in KSRO. Wizards are hard to keep alive, they have very low HP and little defense as the classes are restricted to specific types of armor. A tank cannot gain magical defense by wearing garment, the opposite is true of a cleric or wizard (Tho a cleric does a shield and protector gear).
THe cooldown on that big nuke is quite long. I cannot remember exactly HOW long, but it takes a great deal of HP to use it, so you would have to have a two cleric party to use it much. It isnt an AOE so I didnt level it much. WHen the cleric dies, so does the party, so I didnt waste much SP on offensive magics and stuck to skills that kept the party going. Euro clerics have amazing buffs and heals, they were quite fun.

and then u die b/c no one to tank or 1 hit crab giants for u...

Right Wizard or Warrior or Rouge o Bard or Cleric lol xD
Rogue/bard
BEST MIX EVAR.
O.O I don't understand. I thought Rogue was a STR build and Bard was a INT build.
[SD]TurnipTruck wrote:I can't decide between Wizard and Warlock. Anybody have advice?
If you want cool looking elemental magics (Lightening, fire, ice, earth of that sort) be a wizard. Warlock is more for sneaky people who prefers using curse, poison and life steal and that sort

There are going to be a LOT of pure str nukers in Euro.

Solo success is a dime a dozen (YES! You who think you are all powerful or leet cause you crit so friggin high, you are NOT important.), you'll always have people bragging about omg I did this or that, but when a whole team can prove a wonderful synergy and accomplish feats that no single person could, you have found a truly rare thing.
Most people don't choose support classes because they are boring

I don't think so. Especially when 7 other party members are waiting for your heal, the last thing that'll come on your mind is "boring"
