Ressing Yourself Feature?

IN Euro, can u res yourself all the time? I thought i saw that in a youtube vid....
Can all classes do it if so?

you can res yourself up to lvl 10. res wherever u die. after lvl 10 there is a NPC that u talk to to teleport back to where u died or where u last used a return scroll. you can use this NPC up to lvl 20, after that its just like isro. u die you go back to town and run back. ^^
