Alchemy Question

Well I Just Got This SOS Bow, So I can Stat Farming, Unfortunately It Doesnt have good blues, how i go about making it better bow than it is, i cant kill the bandit archer in 1 shot :cry:

Please help :banghead:

str(100%)
Crit (as high as you can, preferably above 10)
phy and magical reinforce (above 60%)
attack rating
add block

idk there is enough to pimp
