Jangan and DW mobs will stay the same, only dropping Chinese equipment. Supposedly Hotan will drop both Euro and Chinese equipment. Constantinople and the other city (Baghdad?) will drop only Euro equipment.

Yes, your equipment is determined solely by class in the game. IE- A wizard wears garment, while a Dual Axe wears Armor. Equipment is also based on skill level, NOT character level.
