At what level does strongbow get stun?

At what level does multi arrow get knock back?

The skill where the arrows split direction, is that autumn wind or a completely new skill?

Sorry for the newb questions. I searched and couldn't find the answers.
lvl 65 4gap 84:84 bow inactive.

Strongbow gets stun at level 76.

Multi arrow knock back at level 73.

The split arrow is a completely new skill. The book starts at level 25.

Thanks for the fast reply. I was hoping it would update the earlier books as well........oh well.

At least I will get 1 new skill in july.
