Download the XIVI32 hex editor.

Back up your media.pk2.

On the one that you want to use, open it in your hex editor. Do Find>Replace then type in "Heavy_02" and then do replace with "Clothes_08".
Now hit "replace all".

Now do the same thing with "Heavy_03".

If you want to change protector, then instead of "Heavy" do "Light".

[EDIT:] It looks like you wanted to change garments, oops. Then instead of "Heavy" just do "Clothes" so that you're replacing "Clothes_02" with "Clothes_08".
To replace glaive (I don't think this is right) do "\item\china\weapon\tblade_03" and replace with "\item\china\weapon\tblade_08".

Also, for the "Clothes_02" you might actually have to do "\Clothes_08".

I dunno, just wait for someone to confirm what I said, lol.

Always in the replacements include the "\"

So if you are going to change the 2nd garment set for the 8th one:
Find:
\clothes_02

Replace:
\clothes_08

The glaive line from Rainigul is correct.

@Rainigul Lowercases dude, lowercases :P if you do it with a cap at start it won't work :D
