Step 1: Talk to the npc without name
Step 2: Talk to Armor trader Jatomo
Step 3: Talk to grocery trader Bajel
Step 4: Talk to Nun Retaldi and buy a hp herb from her
Step 5: Talk to Weapon trader Balbardo
Step 6: Talk again to the npc without name
Reward: Gear,gold,experience

Step 3: Talk to guild boss uventino
Step 4: Talk to guild boss uventino again..
Stea 5: Gather 30 horns of dow genetos (Mob)
Reward: 20k experience, 7500 sp experience, holy water (Save that item its going to be used for other quest)

I haven't figured out what the hell to do with this thing...

I went to the damn stable, the only stable-looking thing that's near where the quest says. Try to use this thing and nothing happens... Maybe there's something sepecial to do... though i doubt i care by the moment this is translated because it will be too low level to give any significant experience at all...

i know what to do some korean told me. u have to go to place where u see mobs 2 lvl. (sorry didnt have euro map) and u should see much houses and 10 lvl mobs archers. then u have to clean that place 5 times. or first kill thouse mobs 10... sorry dont remember

i din do quest all the while...juz lvl wif parties...but if i c there is quest on any NPC i visit (those wif a golden scroll above their head), i will juz get the quest by the way...
but i will not purposely go to get the quest and do
