GUYS HELP ME I DC EVERY 5 MINUTE

guys plz i need help
i keep dc every 5 minute from game :banghead:

i don.t use bot
i don.t use auto login
i don.t have gold / silver ticket
i just log in then after 3- 5 minute i get dc
plz help :cry:

Make sure all of your drivers are up to date.

same problem here.
and all my friends has the same problem.
the internet is fine only gaymax has problems with the connection
just wait till they do something (it can take years)

Same problem (and some friends).

Im from Argentina, and i know ppl with this problem and diferents internet providers, also i can play another games without any problem... so is NOT the internet conection, or drivers or anything... is a problem of the game :banghead:

I (and some friends) had the same problem a few months ago... and the issue its gone after 2 or 3 days... so, only rest wait

PD: sry for my english, but ive never study it

This problem has been an issue ever since the last maintainance. On another forum I've worked on it with 3 guys for 2 days and failed to come up with a reason as to why this is happening - they all had different ISPs (one was using mine) and had the same problem. Since the guy with my ISP got it too while I don't, we've checked that off. No other reason comes to mind...

In italy the same problem... are 4 days... and NO one answer from the staff. Another good job of Joymax. i buy the premium for play and i can't play. Ty great Joymax. Ppl need one answer and the staff don't have respect for the customer

WAN = wireless .................
no they dont use Wan use lan and it is better if ur Laptop dont has good wireless range

It isnt from company but for more idea reset ur router
