Whats a gap? i think its used like like 9lvl gap or 9gap. idk but ive heard it used it silkroad and dono what it means :?

character level minus highest mastery level is a gap.

so char level 16 and highest mastery on level 7 is [16-7=] a 9 lvl gap.
