if we get about 10-ish $5 donations, we'd have just enough to have a 1-year 50-person SRF ventrilo. Depending on the amount of interest we might have to bump up to a 75 server, which is quite a bit more, so.. we'll just see how things go.

I use vent, dont like it either. TS has good quality if the server is good enough to run a nice codec for it
I just hate the 'CLICK' when some1 talks shit. And you can't adjust individual people's volume.
'CLICK'? Oh and I have all those notification off, all I hear is people's voices. And I'm fine with it.
Maybe Ventrilo has its good sides when you use it for a longer period, but generally saying it is > TS is not correct imo. Except on the level of personal taste of course

lol, wow you told me i was wrong cause ts is better than vent , when you dont even use vent, and i used ts for 4 months..then changed to vent..
Look, its not that i prefer vent, cause i like ts more than vent, its cause vent is BETTER. It doesnt has nothing to do with my personal taste.

Please make sense when you talk to me ... as I said, personal taste is everything here ... but I don't think that Vent actually CAN DO more, what some people stated here.
And I never told you you "were wrong"...
Most people from North America I know use Ventrilo, most people from my country use TS ... same with MSN and ICQ ... I have both, I can use both, it's just not that Ventrilo is my favourite. Got it? Thx.
