While we're on the subject, I just found this as well.
I've heard of freerunning (or w/e it is called) but I this takes it to another level. These guys show so much body control, and endurance. Some of this stuff is like Jackie Chan meets the Matrix and they have super-babies. I love what the guy does at 3:04-3:11.

Yeah, it's a good video, check the one in my sig too. I found the title really funny too.

(Never thought I'd be one of these people) But.......it IS freerunning (the majority of it atleast) Parkour is more about vaults and getting from one place to another in the easiet and most fluidic way possible, not doing flips, while freerunning is more focused on the flips and such.
