I try not to eat crap too much, and it's a lot easier since I saw Super Size Me, but once in a while when I'm in a hurry and short on cash I'll get a cheeseburger and some fries to put something in my stomach. The fries are rolled in sugar and completely addictive. The chicken nuggets have always made me want to puke, little deepfried battered snotballs they are.

ive been cutting down on the junk food and stuff.

i havnt had a soda in about 3 months.

and if i eat fast food, its only once a week.

I haven't had a soda in like 2 years hehe and before that time was another year and so on.

The funny thing is that, when i have nowhere else to eat than at a fast food, is the soda what i like the most... all the fast food tastes the same for me, and i rarely eat it... like 5 times a year, tops.

same i get sick from fast food makes me feel like iam eating out of the garbage idc if its cheap i only eat it maybe 5-8 times a yr

and about the pop good luck with kidney stone my friend is 16 and he got it so it isnt just when your older
