hi im wearing protector and a little armour do i still get the speed bonus and use l;ess mp?

Nope. You only get the bonus with a full set of prot (10% increase in speed + 10% reduction in MP use) and a full set of garment (20% increase in speed + 20% reduction in MP use)

Bleh... kinda sucks that it's biased in favor of STR builds... why aren't there any bonuses to armor?

cause str based chars can tank better and dont use as much mp as int builds.

str dont need that.

Intelligence build have nukes, and they do more damage. They don't get hit hard if the mobs aren't getting to them.
