omg, wtf is wrong with hollywood, it seems that every new is like a horror-movie now. omg cut the crap and start making real movies !

and i agree, horror movies are sucking badly
well i wouldnt say sucking because they are good/ok movies

but they arent scary.

comedy movies are taking over>>

Well they arnt scary for 3 reasons

1= most of them now are piss-poor remakes of orignal movies and as
such you know whats going to happen

2= Everyone now knows the so called "classic" horror movies motiyfs
and ideas and as such they dont scare us

3= most ideas have been done to the point that you can watch a group
of blonde bimbos die so many times

horror and comedy, is there a difference? i laughed through most of the hills have eyes remake

nothing is really that scary anymore, its all been done before. the only thing thats close to scary in these movies now is when something suddenly jumps out/appears from nowhere. but then/ thats not really scary is it, its just a shock.

One reason also is because the only thing they do to scare you is build music up to something poping out and making a loud noise. Half of the theatre jumps and I'm like wtf?! Like The Messengers, HORRIBLE movie. Hour or so of random loud noises, the story line sucked, and I had no snacks!
