Im not retarded and no im not impressed what you can copy and paste, i think everyone here knows what happens when sugar enters the body, at least everyone thats been through high school. My point is cut out caffiene as a drug cause it seems to me likes its only there as a technicality. Its harmless like almost anything else when taken in moderation. I don't think that real drugs are harmless in moderation and i think thats somethign we can both agree on. I've never heard someone say "al ittle heroine a day keeps the doctor away" have you? so while clearly your willing to throw articles filled with stuff most look at and don't bother reading to prove your point (cause i haven't heard on person here who's supporting you respond to anything in it so i can only assume that after they read the first couple of sentences they stopped and agreed the rest was just fact) but throwing those articles at me isn't going to make me and a fairly large amount of ppl consider caffiene a real drug.
I doubt they teach people at high schools what happens when sugar enters the blood. All I posted about sugar was a superficial explanation. I hadn't got my course at that time. I can't tell by heart what hormones are released when hyperglycemia occurs. At high schools they don't teach you about insulin, humane growth hormone, glucagon, thyroid hormones and the hormones that trigger or inhibit their release.
It's easier to copy paste articles than typing them out based on information from scientific articles and text books.
I never said caffeine is harmful or not. That wasn't the point I was trying to make. Everything is harmful when taken in excess. Certain things need a lower dose to be harmful as you might know.
Nor did I ever called you retarded. I might think you are, but it's quite rude to say it. If you can't understand caffeine is a drug, that's not my problem. If I know I'm right, I'm happy. I'll be the first to admit I'm wrong if you can prove it isn't one. But until then, you should be quiet, because I know what I talk about. I take the time to research things. Is it my fault people don't want to read it. IIRC it was you who asked me to give a list what caffeine does and sugar not. I did and now you're telling me I shouldn't post things people don't want to read. If you can't handle that, don't ask me to do so. I could be that you didn't expect me to do so, but I don't work that way. I even was friendly enough to post a synopsis under the article because I know certain people refuse to read it. If it's by unwillingness or the fact that they don't have the scientific knowledge to understand it, isn't my problem.
