skill affects

so say you have an ice skill w/ and affect of lets just say 50, so slowly over time it decreases, at 0 it goes away.

now say i sue the blader skill w/ 5 hits, and with the 30% chance of effect it happens twice.


now do they have 100 of effect on them? or does it bring it back up to 50?

or does it just not add any more on untill the effect has worn away?

if you do a cycle of cold wave arrest, cold wave binding, frost nova wind, it will pile up. Dunno if it piles up more than the first cycle but I remember giving someone a REALLY high effect and it took em like 15+ seconds to unthaw
