I'm prepared to make a lightning based spear user, is that good? And...what should I do about it? Skills and everything, plz tell me. O yea, pure int...I think

yes its good. go either light+fire for damage or light+ice for defense.
for light+fire, take all in light (except for high lion shouts, most ppl just
take the first one and use nukes after that) and take the nukes, imbue
and shield skill from fire. the fire shield skill will help you become immune
to status effects.
for light+ice, take all in light as stated above, and from ice take the defense
buffs and the passive. perhaps take the ice nuke for a nice show-off.

now decide if you want to go pure int or hybrid.

pure int spear does higher damage than pure int swordshield, but has a lot
less defense. you can either try to compensate the lack of defens by taking
ice+light, getting the ice def and heuksal passive, or you can try to become
a high damage dealer and go for light+fire hoping you will do enough damage
to make others die before you.

peoples please correct me if im wrong at some point. im not entirely sure
about the skills.. its too general imo.

edit: and ALL int users use light. seen the buffs and nukes, light is the most
important skilltree for all int based builds.

pure int light/spear is relatively easy to play. relatively fast in killing mobs. definitely not among the strongest in pvp but decent enough ... since soul spear, ghost spear, nuke, lion shout are mostly what u use.

simple and fun build. since lesser sp demands, levels relatively fast too.
