its the 开元盛世 server...1 of the oldest servers...the guy who posted the pic says Lord Yarkan spawn 3 times that day...during 3 times he hunting Yarkan, there are less than 3 ppl in totally ksing him....
it may not be the case for other old servers but mehh... soon... ^^

that seems to be wierd... 
china ppl changing the servers to the new ones for what?
if its for europe..thats not an excuse..but chinese are chinese you dont blame them 
in isro when they create a new server it gets crowded so fast
so fast that even the old servers are still crowded...
i cant imagin what will happen to isro if they had europe servers...
will they be able to solve the problem of the servers'crowded all the time?
