how can i contact the people at siklroad bout my password CHANGE?

i no i go to the forgot password/username

i go to change password i do my email and name

but i clikc on okay

and it goes to a blank page with no questions or anything!

so how can i contact people at silkroad or joymax?

Use Internet Explorer for it, FF has a few problems with the SRO site. And if you still can't change it, go here and login and tell them that the Pass change webpage doesn't load for you and you wish to change your password manually.

does anybody even BOTHER to read the ToS when making an SRO account? Sounds like you got hacked. If you did, READ THE TOS, it says AssMax isnt responsible for you being hacked..

Their website is shat. If your using firefox, try using internet explorer. If your using internet explorer, make sure its the most updated one and try again.

I have this problem all the time when trying to buy silk. It redirects me to the wrong page causing the account to get blocked from buying silk till 00:00 sro time.

Just keep trying using different browsers.
