Is it harder to make an SOS weapon +3 then it is to make a normal weapon +3? Or is that just a rumour?

I agree I have a bit of pimping experience and the lack of gold to prove it, SOS IS HARDER TO PIMP!!

A slight guess at this is the + system where as it gets harder as you go up, well if your SOS and in theory already +5 whouldnt this be like trying to go +6, Blues for some reason also very hard to add. Do they get effected by the + I dont know.

You think SoS is harder to alchemy because you just spent all your money on it, and when you alchemy you think, "Wow, I just spent all my money on alchemy." Besides that, its all random.

no they all have the same chance. that's why sos is better than +5, because u can get a sos to +3 much easier than getting +5 to +8.

Thats just saying its stronger not that its easier

lol i have a feeling that my im unlucky i used 22 shield elixers trying to get +3 and i started on +2 after i used them all i had a +1 shield lol i gave to some one else and they done it with the next 2 elixers they used

Lol, that often happens. If you're having an unlucky streak with Alchemy give it to a friend to pimp it for you (almost always works for me that way lol)
