cape and job suit question?

If you have murderer and you run out of town with a cape on and someone else with a cape on kills you, what happens? Do U lose exp or murderer points and can you res yourself? Same with a job suit. ANd what happens if you're in a guild war with another guild and you're all wearing one color capes and they're all wearing the other color capes. Do you still get war points for kills and not lose any exp? And if you're an all hunters guild all with IDs on and you're warring an all thieves guild with all suits on, do you lose as much exp or just the normal hunter killed a thief amount?
I ask cuz I'm sick of guild warring and losing tons of exp when OH LOOK it's the lvl 60 they forgot to tell me about *dead* lol

you die like normal, you dont lose the murder status points

I believe if a cape-wearing murderer is killed by a player with a different cape, the murderer can just res on the spot, so I'm guessing that they don't lose the exp.

we keep warring in thief suits. not because of xp, but because of style though.
