Why a ten minute block on my account?

for the second day in a row i have woke up in the middle of the night here to get some extra play time in on silkroad, only to go to log in and find the following message

account blocked for ten minutes
wrong password entered 3 times wrong

or words to that affect, hey it is 2:30 am PDT and i am an old lady so cut me some slack okay?

anyway can someone tell me what this means? if you can thanks, :banghead:

i would suggest you change all your info, email, password, etc because it seems someone knows your username and is trying to hack you.

better safe than sorry.

you have to go to the official site and click on the forgotten password link above where you log in, then i scroll down and enter my username and email, then enter security question's answer

and fill the rest according of what you know about your accr.

like last name, first name, email, etc

the goddess was good to me, i was lucky to retrieve my characters and no loss of good or money
but i am deleting a couple characters, and working on a different one. i think i know who was hacking me, because it didn't start until i met him, and i bought a bunch of stuff from him.
but i can't prove it, so i am taking the easy route out.
