S/S Vs. B/S Which is better?

I realize S/S is the most popular int. build and B/S is the ultimate tanker. My question is which is better?

I think blade, but it's my opinion, I'm sure S/S got its own advantages as well

They are on the exact opposite sides of the spectrum. Each are great if they match your playing style. Just pick the one you think you will enjoy more.

Indeed, everytime I see a "What's best" question, no one's ever really specific as to best for what.

They both have their own pros and cons. Each is better at different aspects of the game.

They're completely different things, really.

A Sword is meant to be a high-damage dealer. While not as high as a Spear user, it's still higher than a STR-based build, and certainly higher than a Blader. They're meant to be a little better in PvP than Pure INT Spears, because of their Shield, but still be able to deal high damage, all the same.

Bladers are meant... well, you can click on the link at the bottom of my Sig to see what Bladers are all about.

Like EllisD said, they're at opposite ends of the spectrum - completely different things. While S/S excels in PvE, B/S excels more in PvP, as a Tanker. Completely different things, once again. It just wouldn't be fair to compare the two.

S/S FTW

S/S are ment to be the best INT build for the defense.

B/S i dun like Pure STR builds so i know nothing of them.

Pure STR beats pure int at same lvl. At my level anyway.

LVL 39 str just beat me and im lvl 39.

Suckage.

I beat him with castle shield tho
