Wondering about what to wear

Post by Shimrod »

I was wondering about the following: I’m a pure STR bow initially wearing armor. As I want to boost my INT points with blues I’m also wearing a protector shoulder thingy and a protector coronet. Both giving extra INT points.
Is this a good thing to do? Has anyone ever experimented with wearing different gear at the same time? Or is this not a good idea?

Yeah, that's an answer but my question is really about wearing a combination of different types of clothes :P

Well. as a bow I always thought you could need the extra defense in "close combat" and besides my "female" character has her own ideas about what she wants to wear ......

lol your female character just want to wear "mini" "tasset" And yes. when you combinate prot with armor you didnt have any extra 10% speed and -10% mp consume. you need pure prot or pure garm for 20%.

dont ever wear prot and armor combined, you dont get any of the bonusses of a full set then..

At low lvls (57-) i'd say armor or prot.. as a pure str you can go garment later.. its good for grinding in caves :)

When doing str, dont put any stat points in int.. You DONT want to make a str hybrid char.. believe me.. im lvl 80 str hybrid glavier and pure builds lvl 72 are a problem for me
