first is it legal or its considered 3rd party program?
second when taking a screenshot does it lag as when pressing (print screen) at least it lag with me when i press it
third is the same last question but about vids

nope...its legal as long as this programe recording the screen after all...

it lags but for less than 1sec..i dunno how to mention it with a better way.

You'll always get a slight slowdown during recording that's normal and won't show when you play it back, record at half screen size though, if you do full screen recording it'll be too laggy to see what your doing and the video will also be slow.

It makes massive file sizes too, Dr Divx is the best for compressing them down to much smaller files, usually without any noticeable quality loss at all.

i did tried the divx format...but i have to recomend more ram capacity cuz of the recording performance...

You can get a divx codec from http://www.divx.com which lets you play divx movies, the other program is called Dr Divx, it's for compressing video files, I don't have a link for that though but it should be easy enough to find.

u can try Total video converter...its cool programe which converts to more than 30 types of formats

ok thnx and i have the codec and the player but i formated the pc so i don't have it now but i got the codec again , i will search 4 the program , my RAM is 256MB (sucks as far as i know)

If you only have 256mb ram, and you're running windows xp + other stuff + sro + fraps = uber lag. I suggest like a person before me did you record it at half the screen size, and low fps.

just windows xp + sro + fraps and still deadly lag but thats cuz of my internet connection it disconnect by itself lol i die alot by that the net disconnect which is different from sro disconnect but i get sro disconnect 2
