Dell laptop problem latitude 600

ok my computer dosent want to turn on in the start up way
so i start it up in safemode and it works
so i tried a lot to get working nope HELP plz

1) copy ur important stuff to a cd/dvd/external harddisk/other partition
2) format C
3) reinstall windows

i need to do it too soon. i got some virus which keeps me from installing
programs i need for my work -_- keeps sayin it misses files and stuff.

ah well. it takes about 3 hours of your day and your pc in back and running.

Umm, lets c, i tink u gotta a shit load of probs wit ur comp Jus jokin.. anywayz bac to ur problem.
Since ur able to boot on to Safe mode, im pretty sure ur OS is XP, did u try SYSTEM RESTORE ?
Chk tis link on how to do SYSTEM RESTORE on Safe mode.. ignore all stuffs and concentrate on HOW TO USE SYSTEM RESTORE,

I dont tink its a virus.. try repair of OS .. all files under ur C:/windows is restored.. this shuld fix it up

PS - Cin quote over a quote doesnt work for me
