This is not about botting. Bot or not some of our members acted immature today and we are here to apologize. What we do in game is a different story. If you can't say something helpful than don't post because you are going to ending up saying something that will get you banned.

I respect you for apologising as i was targeted by one of you members not to be named i did take the events today personally. Botters are not welcome in the forums for a reason. And i to also hope this never happens again. Please keep the botting discussion off of these forums as the rules state.

Takes alot to come and apologize. Even more for actions that you are not responsible for. Botting is not allowed here, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be some sort of mutual respect in place to keep things like today from happening again. We don't have to forgive you for cheating and aren't going to, but we can for forgive you for disrespecting the SRF community since a proper apology was given.

I am not proud to say but i know the person who posted this thread and one of the spammers & besides the fact that they bot they are respectable people. All of you need to leave the past where it is. What happened happend they did the respectable thing and apologised and now it should all be left at that!!!

A game will always be attempted to be cheated, but the cheaters are charging for it, now what's better then a program that grinds for them? a FREE program that does that.

They are nothing more but a member of the whole internet world, as we are too.

Yes, that's against ToS, yes SRF is Legit (mostly) and we don't want to be involved. But no matter what they do, they came here wanting to apologize for some member that messed with our community. Even if they do something that SRF doesn't like, they don't come and brag about it, they stay there and we stay here.

I don't like their business either, i know bots have destroyed the game, but at least i can respect the fact that they want to preserve peace.

Please stop flaming. We are owning up to our mistake. The people that are writing these apologies truly mean it. If we didn't we wouldn't waste our time. You dislike us for one reason, what difference does it make if you dislike us for another reason? 0x33 and the other botsites ruined 1.5 years of my fcking life. Reason i didn't quit as you most likely want to know is simply cos i loved silkroad and couldnt stop hating/argueing/competing with bots.

Any idea how hard it is to get one of your best mates to admit to botting when you've known him since the 1st day of SRO? I talked for 3 hours straight to that guy and i got him to admit. It took so long cos he knew i would hate him so fcking hard if he'd admit/i would find out ( which i did)

I argued so much with botters ingame, every botter i ran into i started talking to. Heck, you don't evne wanna know, i spent more time argueing with botters then i played myself.

I loved silkroad.. i reported more then 50 botters each week, sometimes evne more. Some of them got banned but those were always goldbots.
