well i got a new pc and it has over the recommened requirments but sro still doesnt run so great, its very choppy, here are my specs
os : vista home basic ( premium farked up my comp)
processer : Amd athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 3600+ 1.90 Ghz
gfx card ; nvdia GeForce 6150 Le
monitor : 20" dell flat screen
i think the problem is in my monitor, whats the best resolution to run sro at with my monitor?

I run mine at 1280x1024 with a 19" and similar PC setup and a 512mb video card. Good luck with fixing it. Also, post in the Tech section of the forums for a more accurate response.

I suggest you run it on 1280x1024 cus of your graphicscard.

maybe 1450*1080?
or whatever resolution is close to that.
i dno if ur graphics card is good but it must be if youre gonna use a 20" with it...

One of those built in cards ... similar to integrated cards ;D ... that is your system's weak point ... LE stands for LamE (my explanation).
So you can just try it with lower details / resolution.

The GFX aint pimp, I wouldn't run SRO on 1280 with that! Actually I think it's retarded to use 1280, it doesn't make it look nicer, just smaller.

I can't stand any resolution below 1280x1024 on anything. My SRO is running at 1600x1200 right now because my native resolution of 1920x1200 is too laggy.
