Numbers and explanations?

I am wondering if there is any site or forumpost around where all the actual numbers are explained.

I mean things like attack rating/parry ratio/phys attack/hit ratio and all these other things.

Is there someone who could explain all these things to me.
I'm not asking for something like phys attack determines how strong you are physically, but a much more precise explanation of these things.

Could anyone help me with this?
