i know i can go to guild agent and chose vote leader

i want to know this method with more details plz

you wait for 45 days and then go to the agent to vote for a new leader. you can only vote when your guildmaster is inactive for 45 days.

It sucks that you have to wait that long, but there really isnt much else you can do if you wanna keep that guild.

I believe that only the people that are online when the vote is started get to vote, and majority wins. The vote only lasts 10 mins also, so make sure you let everyone know before you do it so they can get to the guild NPC to vote.

and second, no not everyone has to vote for the same person, you have to go to the guild guy and start the vote after 45 days (i think) and then there is a time period for votes to be counted, whoever receives the most votes from the members that vote in this time limit is then the new leader

yeah its 45 day wait and then 60% majority
