HELP! plz... Having Problems on the Character screen!!...

When i want to choose my character for the game it doesn't show it, i lost him for some reason. So i create a new character and when its on the character screen i don't see create new character or anything just the dock. Its like that on my other account and on every server i try to go on anyone know what the problem is i can send you screen shots if needed???

no i dont have another cpu my video card is a ASUS GeForce 7600 GS 512mb PCI Express x16

reinstall the game.

if that doesnt work, redownload then reinstall.

i think its missing something lols >_<

no doesnt work i re downloaded it and reinstalled it 3 times no luck....
