Its possible to have magical or physical balance more than 100%? I think it doesnt make sens but... :)

I have some str points from first levels, after that i put everything to int and my question is if i can nuke as near as powerful as pure int at later lvls. My mag balance is now 82% w/o stuff, 90% with my +INT stuff. Will my balance raise as i lvl up while putting all int? Or its worthless keeping that char. Im now llv 38 and my stat points are 78STR, 147INT w/o stuff, and 79/162 with stuff equipped.

no, 100% is the max. i've had 100% str for about 10 levels, so it's gotta be the cap for sure.

I believe that there is a max on 100% balance. What exactly do the balances do? Just make you feel good about yourself?
