I just started playing and i was wondering if anyone can give me some guide or somethong to build my charachter, or tell me what is the best guide for FULL STR GLAVIE

one with ice, one w/o ice.

dodge ratio is the ratio that you will dodge an attack

now assuming ur not a f*cking imbecile, when u dodge an attack you take the minimum damage (thats probly what ur looking for?)
