When my friends Knew that i Hybird 19 Lvls The said to me your Weak
all the Hybirds are weak ......
so .. i said ok i will not be Hybird anymore .... and i just increased my STR points till Now .. i'm Now Lvl 54 and i killed Lvl 57 , Lvl 60 Nukers ..
and i Killed a nuker Lv56 with Full SoS Set
Now i really dun feel that i'm Weak and i feel like i'm Stronger than the Pure STR ...
Build is : STR , Glavier With Ice
Hp is 7459
Mp is 3274

so .. What do u think .. ? i'm weak or not ?

u still go down in 2 nuke :roll:

but well anyway at high lvl no need to be pure str... better go hybrid str you have so much hp int will help for damage

The story I think he has heard is that hybrids are weak in everything they do:

They wont have strong nukes
They do not have enough HP to tank.

As we all know that statement is crap. Hybrids are the best builds there are. Another fun thing about a hybrid is that almost all hybrid's are unique. Then another thing. Take for example Liquidsmooth, as far as I know he still has the highest crit ever seen on Isro. He is a hybrid.

Conclusion: Hybrids are better then pure

hybrids are a good build its the all rounder in silkroad you will never OWN in this game without a decent credit card or lot and lot of luck but you can try to have good results with normal gear with a good build.

why do u guys always post topics about build going pure or hybrid do the **** watever u want with ur asshole build. ^ ther is enough guide to build in the stickys read those pick pure str pure int or hybrid and dont ever post her wat u choose.

Poster: How hybrid are you? I dont have access to the character builder here at work so i cant look it up myself, but how much INT did you add during those 19 levels? Looks like if you just keep adding STR you will be fine.

ok this is the little funny part. you cannot go from hybrid to pure. its
either pure from the start or hybrid till the end. and tell us what weapon

most of thiz post cause fight about which build is better , and the post i posted was telling the people a good pure str build. ther enough topics below or previous old ones , saying that all build have pros and cons. but people just dont wanna search them.

and noobs that start this game for the first time wanna find a answear to the best build. ther is no best build in any game out ther. like my wrestling teacher use to say " ther always someone out ther in the world that can kick ur ass, so dont think ur the strongest"

u might want to consider switching to spear and going int hybrid... although it seems a little late, maybe 3:1 str hybrid or more if u can manage

which means u wasted like more than 5 points points or so.its not because the build own its because u got good weapons.
if u do not believe me u only has like 5k+ hp(not including the passive skill), 1-2 nuke and u r dead.

so hybrid sucks and whoever who said use normal gear are dumbass.
only full str people use normal gear.
and its the gear that makes them good not the build.

believe it or not i had a hybrid character last time and i use normal gear its sucks.
and u r a glavie its normal u own.
and if a pure str has the same gear as u they own u.its obvious. y not try to get lvl 52 glavie with npc armors or garments u will see the difference.

How strong your build is depends on how you use it. Remember that. You can't expect to be pure int and just stand there thinking you can tank some damage and you can't expect to kill only with nukes as a 2:1 int hybrid.

so if every pure str would own, it would be a very f*cked up game wasn't it? and if pure str versus pure str? wo would own then??

i had an 1:2 int hybrid, i outdamged most glaviers of my level, i defeated a pure str bower with a +7 bow all with normal gear, and skills 4 levels below me..........

edit: well, i lost from the bower when he increased in skills, but i just had crit 4 on my sword:(

Hybrids pwn. I eat older pure str glavie's for breakfast since they can't block any shots, killing ones near my lvl before they even reach me (not using two nukes), and olders almost as fast. Bladers are the only ones I hate because of their high HP, block, and knockdown. By the time you do a fast run of attacks leaving them almost dead, they knock you down on your bum or block that finishing attack.
