Minimum Requirements for Being ICE IMMUNE.

everyone here and there says " at later levels" people will be ice immune and whatnot.

and im wondering what are the minimum requirements for being ice immune.

100% on all jewerly...but what degree?

cuz like str 3 is 100% at lvl 16 but is like only 50% at lvl 64 or whatever.

so how much fire shield and how much accesory help do you need, and whats the lowest lvl where you can be immune to ice?

that ice nuke bugs me.
